Florianopolis offers many great running paths, and one of the best ones in the Center is along the boardwalk of Avenida "Jornalista Rubéns de Arruda Ramos". It is on the West coast of the island, and is it great to run along the sea. The mainland is visible from everywhere, and towards the South side of the boardwalk both bridges are visible as well. There dozens of joggers, walkers and bikers (on their own path) so the feeling is quite safe.
There are many milestones along the boardwalk, so it is easy to see how many Km's have passed.
